We will be bringing our multi-factor authentication security feature to our online banking services. This feature ensures that you are the only person who can access your account by implementing a multi-step process.

From April 5th, 2023, when logging into their RFCU online account, members will enter their username and password. Then, they will receive and enter a verification code that is sent to their email address or phone number. Once they enter this code, they will be able to Sign in to their online account.
